Petralona Cave

Petralona Cave is located about 1klm from the village of Petralona and surely this visit will be something memorable!

Stalactites and stalagmites combined with the ancient fossils create an atmosphere that you've never seen before.

Worth mentioning is the oldest fossil ever found in Europe "The Skull of the Archantrhropus ".  Its age is estimated around 700.000 old.
